Cells used: | Adult mouse splenocytes |
Brief Protocol: | Stain adult mouse splenocytes in 100ul FACS buffer (1x PBS + 2% FBS + 2mM EDTA) + 1ul biotin anti-mouse CD19. Wash 2x FACS buffer. Fix cells overnight in 2% paraformaldehyde in PBS pH 7.4. Wash 2x FACS buffer. Stain in 100ul FACS buffer + 1ul BV421-streptavidin. Wash 2x FACS buffer. |
Results Summary: | The antibody clearly labels CD8+ cells in the spleen. |
