Effective Labeling for Splenic CD8+ Cells

This antibody is useful for labelling CD8+ T cells in the spleen.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Adult mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Stain adult mouse splenocytes in 100ul FACS buffer (1x PBS + 2% FBS + 2mM EDTA) + 1ul biotin anti-mouse CD19. Wash 2x FACS buffer. Fix cells overnight in 2% paraformaldehyde in PBS pH 7.4. Wash 2x FACS buffer. Stain in 100ul FACS buffer + 1ul BV421-streptavidin. Wash 2x FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	The antibody clearly labels CD8+ cells in the spleen.
