The antibody stains the CD11b+ cells in the spleen very distinctly.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	single-cell suspension of mouse spleen cells
Brief Protocol:	A spleen was harvested from a mouse and mechanically disrupted to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then red-blood-cell lysed, incubated with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	The antibody clearly identifies the CD11b+ population of cells in the spleen.
