Works well on peripheral blood monocytes.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)
Brief Protocol:	<1x10^6 PBMCs per 100 ul of PBS+1mM EDTA+ 2% FBS were incubated with 2.5 ul of the antibody for 20-30 min at 4 C. 1-2 ml of PBS+1mM EDTA+ 2% FBS were then added and cells centrifuged for 5 min at 1000 g. Most of the supernatant was removed and then 200 ul of cold PBS+1mM EDTA+ 2% FBS were added for flow cytometry analysis.
Results Summary:	A high proportion of monocytes within the PBMCS showed expression of CCR2 as expected.
