CD14 stain for macrophage is dim but functional.

Experimental Design

Application:	flow cytometry
Cells used:	human tumor infiltrate
Brief Protocol:	Cell suspension was plated in 96-well plate at 2-4 million cells/ well. Antibody was added in proper flow buffer at 1:100 for 30 minutes in the dark at 4 degrees Celsius. Used in conjunction with anti-human HLA-DR, CD16, CD11c in order to parse out tumor associated macrophages from stimulatory dendritic cells.
Results Summary:	Not a bright staining but definitely serves the purpose.
