Experimental Design

Cells used:	Leukocyte cells
Brief Protocol:	The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Test size products are transitioning from 20 µl to 5 µl per test. Check the vial or your CoA to find the suggested use of this reagent per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or per 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Analyse with blue laser (around 488 nm), or green laser (532 nm)/yellow-green laser (561 nm).
Results Summary:	Mouse T lymphoma cells expressing recombinant human FasL.
