Application:	Determination of serum IL-23 levels in mice transferred with genes.
Cells used:	Mouse serum samples
Brief Protocol:	Manufacturer's protocol was followed with serum dilution at 1:100.
Results Summary:	Kit has very good specificity and sensitivity range and very low background.
Additional Notes:	Blocking solution provided with the kit is really good and helps in minimizing the background to real low [OD] values.
