Able to stain CD4 with some compensation difficulty.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human tumor infiltrate
Brief Protocol:	Cell suspension was plated in 96-well plate at 2 million cells/ well. Antibody was added in proper flow buffer at 5ul/100 for 30 minutes in the dark at 4 degrees Celsius. Used in conjunction with CD3e and CD25 to identify T cell subsets- CD4+ T cells and activated/ Tregs CD25+ CD4+ T cells. Needed severe compensation due to bleeding from Red A and Violet B channels (BV711 and APCeFluor780), highly recommend avoid use with BV711.
Results Summary:	Able to distinguish CD4+ T cells but at times very difficult to separate from BV711.
