This antibody successfully stains CD45RA+ cells from spleen.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human spleen cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 20 minutes on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	This antibody worked well to identify CD45RA+ T cells that were isolated from human spleen samples.
