Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	mouse lung
Brief Protocol:	Mice lungs were digested in collagenase for 30 minutes and filtered into single cell suspension. Then cells were stained in 1:300 cocktail at 4C for 30 minutes before FACS analysis.
Results Summary:	Good CD103 staining.
