Brief Protocol:	For test size, the suggested use of this reagent for immunofluorescent staining is 5 µl per 106 cells in 100 µl volume. For µg sizes, the suggested use of this reagent for immunofluorescent staining is ≤0.5 µg per 106 cells in 100 µl volume. Please use an excitation laser with the wavelength excitation at 405nm!
Results Summary:	CD86 is important for T cell activation and proliferation (T cells are together with monocytes).
