Good staining of murine CD8a positive cells with anti mouse CD8a APC/Cyanine7.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Murine splenocytes, bone marrow and blood
Brief Protocol:	cells were prepared according to standard protocols, washed and stained with the antibody, dilluted 1:100 in FACS-buffer for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were washed and then aquired on BD LSRII.
Results Summary:	Very good distinction between CD8a positive and negative cells possible.
