Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Dog whole blood cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells are stained with CD 11b marker. Incubated for 30mins. Cells are lysed using RBC lysis buffer. Washed and rad on flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	The antibody in some case shows the presence of granulocytes.
Additional Notes:	This antibody cross reacts with canine species.
