Experimental Design

Application:	FACS
Cells used:	Primary mouse leukemias
Brief Protocol:	Stain cells in PBS+2%FBS with 1:100 of antibody and incubate for 30 min on ice in the dark. Wash with PBS+2%FBS and analyze.
Results Summary:	CD11b is expressed on primary mouse leukemias that have lost functional Myb.
