Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse cells from lymph nodes and spleens
Brief Protocol:	Cell suspension should be plated in 96-well plate. For surface staining CD8 antibody need to be added in proper flow buffer in dilution 1:200 for 10 minutes in the dark.
Results Summary:	CD8 population of T lymphocytes easy to detect with this antibody.
