This antibody will stain activated monocytes clearly!

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	THP-1 cells
Brief Protocol:	Stimulate cells with PMA/IL-4 and test for activation by staining them (and untreated controls). Wash with FACS buffer. Add antibody (5uL per million cells) and incubate for 30 minutes. Wash, and read on FL-1 channel.
Results Summary:	The grey histogram shows untreated cells; the black-line open histogram are cells treated with PMA/IL-4.
Additional Notes:	Great antibody, easy to use. Good price!
