Experimental Design

Application:	Mouse IL-5 measurements
Cells used:	BV2 cell line
Brief Protocol:	First day add 100ul Capture Antibody diluted in Coating Buffer. Second day block the wells with Assay Diluent and add your samples and afterwards add the Detection Antibody diluted in the assay diluent. Then add the enzyme Avidin HRP and the Susbstrate Solution (TMB). In the end stop with Stop Solution and read the plate at 450 nm.
Results Summary:	IL-5 production in BV2 cells.
