At BioLegend, we offer an extensive selection of human, mouse, and rat recombinant proteins for use in a variety of bioassays including cell activation/expansion, cytokine production, chemotaxis, enzymatic activity and more! We've recently upgraded our recombinant webpage by grouping our recombinant proteins into categories making it easier to browse and find your recombinant protein of interest. We've also included additional information about our rigorous quality testing.
Recombinant Human IgG1 Fc (Thr106-Lys33) (carrier-free)
Recombinant Human B7-H5/VISTA Fc Chimera (carrier-free)
  • Ideal for use as a recombinant control for Fc-tagged proteins in bioassays
  • Tested for its ability to bind CD64
  • Negative checkpoint regulator and target for cancer immunotherapy
  • Bioactivity tested by its ability to inhibit anti-CD3 induced proliferation of T cells
When human IgG1 Fc (Thr106-Lys330) is immobilized at 0.5 μg/mL, human CD64 binds in a dose dependent manner with EC50 of 1 - 4 ng/mL. Human recombinant VISTA inhibits the anti CD3-induced proliferation of activated human T cells.
Recombinant Mouse ICAM-2-Fc Chimera (carrier-free)
Recombinant Mouse Wnt3a
  • Mediates cell adhesion
  • Bioactivity measured by the ability to induce adhesion of retinoic acid
  • Important in oncogenesis and in many developmental processes including regulation of cell fate
  • Bioactivity measured by its ability to induce TOPflash reporter activity in HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells
Immobilized recombinant mouse ICAM-2 supports the adhesion of retinoic acid (2 μM, 72 hours) activated HL-60 cells in a dose dependent manner. ED50 for this effect is 0.5 - 2.0 μg/mL. The Deep Blue Cell Viability™ Kit (Cat. No. 424702) was used to measure the number of adherent cells.

Mouse Wnt3a induces TOPflash reporter activity in HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells with ED50 range of 7 - 35 ng/mL.
