Description

The BioLegend RAPID MAX™ SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD Human IgG ELISA Kit is an indirect Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) with a pre-coated, 96-well strip plate. Standards and samples are added into the wells, followed by a biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD Protein. This is followed by a donkey anti-Human IgG detection antibody. This kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantitation of SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD Human IgG from serum and plasma. It is analytically validated with ready-to-use reagents.
