The MTK2113 antibody is specific for KLH (keyhole limpet hemocyanin) alone or KLH conjugated protein. The MTK2113 antibody can be used for ELISA to detect KLH or KLH conjugates.

Application

ELISA
Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA. For direct ELISA, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5-2.0 µg/ml. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of KLH ranging from 300 to 5 ng/ml are recommended for each ELISA. It's recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
