Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	500K PBMC/monocytes freshly isolated from whole blood were incubated first with a FcR block solution for 3 min, then stained with an antibody cocktail containing CD16 Brilliant Violet 570™ (clone 3G8) for 15min at RT at dark in final volume of 100ul. Dilution used 4/100 from working antibody concentration of 20ug/ml. Cells were then washed and acquired on LSRII.
Results Summary:	Good separation of non-classical and intermediate monocytes.
Additional Notes:	Stock concentration of 160ug/ml was diluted to a working concentration of 20ug/ml for a final concentration of 1ug/ml during staining.
