T cells in the Small Intestine are Clearly Distinguished with the Antibody
Overall: Product Quality: Ease of Use:
The antibody stains CD3ε+ cells in the small intestine well.
Experimental Design

Application: Flow Cytometry
Cells used: Small intestinal cells
Brief Protocol: The small intestine was harvested then digested using a collagenase-based digestion protocol to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then separated using a 40/75% Percoll gradient, blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, then read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary: T cells in the small intestine are clearly stained with the antibody.
