Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse small intestinal lamina propria
Brief Protocol:	1. Wash cells in FACS (PBS, 2% FBS) buffer. 2. Dilute CD11b Brilliant Violet 785™ 1:400 in FACS buffer. 3. R/S cells in 40ul antibody solution. 4. Incubate on ice for 20 minutes, covered. 5. Wash cells with FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	CD11b nicely resolves in the lamina propria.
