Decent easy to use buffer for fixing cells after antibody staining for flow cytometry.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Primary mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	After staining cell surface antigens cells were washed in FACS buffer and fixed for 30 minutes at room temperature and then stored for 20 hours at 4oC prior to analysis by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	CD8 T cells staining preserved and bright after fixation and storage.
