Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	A mixture of WT OT-1 cells (CD45.1) and KO OT-1 cells (CD45.2) were adaptively transferred into WT (CD45.1CD45.2) recipient mice.
Results Summary:	We use APC/Cyanine7 CD45.1 and Pacific Blue CD45.2 as a pair and detect WT and KO cells
