Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Rabbit splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Isolate fresh splenocytes from young rabbit spleen. Wash with flow buffer and block with IgG for 30 min and then tag with flow antibody in dark for 15 min(two different antibodies were tagged at same time). Wash three times with flow buffer and fix cells. Read in flow machine.
Results Summary:	Works well.
