APC anti-human CCR10 Gives Good Results in Flow Cytometry

A large amount of the antibody provided good results.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human blood (whole)
Brief Protocol:	80 µl EDTA blood plus 20 µl antibody cocktail (in FACS buffer) was incubated for 30 min at RT. Erythrocytes were lysed with 1 ml of buffer, incubated for 10 min at RT, washed two times with PBS, and centrifuged at 400 x g for 5 min. Cells were re-suspended in 200-300 µl FACS buffer before undergoing analysis. CCR10-APC was titrated and applied at a final dilution of 1:50.
Results Summary:	A large amount of antibody was needed for clear distinction.
Additional Notes:	Gating strategy: Lymphocytes > single cells > CD3+ > CCR10+
