Increased antibody sensitivity and reduced background after Fc Blocking.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	THP-1 cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells spun down directly from incubator. Cells were incubated 10 minutes in PBS + 2% human serum in addition to the Human TruStain FcX block. Following incubation, primary antibodies were added and incubated at 4 C for 30 minutes, washed 2x, then incubated with secondary antibodies for 30 minutes at 4 C. Cells were washed 2x, then immediately ran on a cytometer.
Results Summary:	Human TruStain FcX greatly reduced background staining seen typically from incubation with secondary antibody on this cell line.
