Great NK and neutrophils staining.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human whole blood
Brief Protocol:	100 ul of whole blood was stained for 30 minutes at 4°C with the recommended dilution of Brilliant Violet 650™ anti-human CD16. Red blood cell were lyse and then washed twice with 200 ul of FACS buffer and analyzed on a BD Fortessa II.
Results Summary:	Very good staining for NK cells and neutrophils.
