Specific detection of SNAP 25 in the plasma membrane of NSC-34 cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Immunocytochemistry
Cells used:	NSC34
Brief Protocol:	NSC34 cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 15 min, rinsed, permeabilized with 1% Triton for 15 minutes, blocked for 1 hour in 10% normal donkey serum and stained with mouse anti-SNAP25 antibody (BioLegend #836304), diluted 1/500 for 1 hour. Secondary donkey-anti-mouse Cyanine3 conjugated antibody were applied for 1 hour. Cells were rinsed and counterstained with DAPI. Image was collected with Leica confocal microscope.
Results Summary:	Reas signal in NSC34 cells. Thus SNAP25 is expressed in the cells.
