Experimental Design

Application:	ELISA
Cells used:	Mouse monocytes
Brief Protocol:	Capture antibody to the plate, and 24h incubation in 4 Celsius degrees. Second day, block, add the samples and then detection antibody. After this add the enzyme and the substrate and stop with an acid. Read the plate at 450/570 nm.
Results Summary:	Detection of IL-1alpha.
Additional Notes:	I had a small problem with the standard, because I mixed non carefully an old one with the new one and then the standard curve was still OK.
