Streptavidin is conjugated with APC/Cy7 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated APC/Cy7 and unconjugated Streptavidin.
Concentration:
0.2 mg/ml
Storage & Handling:
The Streptavidin APC/Cy7 solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Application:
FC, ICFC
Recommended Usage:
Each lot of this Streptavidin APC/Cy7 is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the recommended use of this reagent is ≤ 1.0 µg per 106 cells in 100 µl staining volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes:
Streptavidin-Allophycocyanin/Cy7 (APC/Cy7) is useful as a second step reagent for indirect immunofluorescent staining, when used in conjunction with biotinylated primary antibodies.

Description:
Streptavidin binds to biotin with high affinity. Streptavidin-APC/Cy7 is useful for detecting biotinylated antibodies. The excitation of APC/Cy7 by 600-635 nm laser light induces a fluorescence emission maximum of 780 nm.
