Purified Anti-human DR3 (TRAMP) Antibody
307101 This catalog number has been discontinued.
307102 100 µg $175.00
Clone: JD3
Isotype: Mouse IgG1, κ
Reactivity: Human
Immunogen: human DR3-Ig fusion protein
Formulation: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Preparation: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml
Storage & Handling: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C.
Application: FC
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 1.0 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume or 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application
Notes:
Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: The JD3 antibody is useful for immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis of DR3/TRAMP receptor expression. For most successful immunofluorescent staining results, it may be important to maximize signal over background by using a relatively bright fluorochrome-antibody conjugate (Cat. No. 307106) or by using a high sensitivity, three-layer staining technique (e.g., including a biotinylated antibody (Cat. No. 307104) or biotinylated anti-mouse IgG second step (Cat. No. 405303), followed by SAv-PE (Cat. No. 405204)).

Description: DR3 is also known as Apo-3, WSL-1, TRAMP, LARD, DDR3, and TR3. It is a member of the TNF receptor family expressed at low level by monocytes and granulocytes. Interaction of DR3 with its ligand (TWEAK), activates the NF-κB pathway and induces apoptosis.
Other Names: TRAMP, Apo-3, WSL-1, TRAMP, LARD, DDR3, TR3, TNFRSF12
Structure: TNFR superfamily
Distribution: Activated lymphocytes and thymocytes
Function: Lymphocyte homeostasis
Ligand Receptor: Apo-3L, TWEAK
