The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PerCP/Cy5.5 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PerCP/Cy5.5 and unconjugated antibody.
Storage & Handling:
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Application:
FC - Quality tested
Recommended Usage:
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl per million cells or 5 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
* PerCP/Cy5.5 has a maximum absorption of 482 nm and 564 nm and a maximun emission of 690 nm.
Application Notes:
Additional reported applications inclu de: immunoprecipitation (1), inhibit the interaction of ICAM-3 and LFA-1(1)

These patents cover any composition consisting of PerCP (peridinin-chlorophyll-protein-complex) attached to a member of a specific binding pair, such as a PerCP-labeled antibody, and the use thereof. PerCP-labeled antibodies are not available for sale in above mentioned countries. Please inquire regarding the expected availability date of such products.
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes stained with CBR-IC3/1 PerCP/Cy5.5
Description:
CD50 is a 120-140 kD type I membrane protein also known as intercellular adhesion molecule 3 (ICAM-3). It is broadly expressed on leukocytes, endothelial cells, and Langerhans cells. CD50 is a member of the Ig superfamily. It provides costimulatory signal for T cells and regulates cell adhesion through interaction with LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18, αL/β2) integrin.
Other Names:
ICAM-3
Structure:
Ig superfamily, type I membrane protein, 130 kD
Distribution:
Thymocytes, T and B cells, monocytes, granulocytes, endothelial cells
Function:
Adhesion, costimulation
Ligand Receptor:
CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1), integrin αL/ß2
