The immunoglobulin was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated immunoglobulin.

test sizes: lot-specific; µg sizes: 0.2 mg/ml
Storage & Handling:
The immunoglobulin solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis as negative control. For test sizes, please note that they are transitioning from 20 ul to 5 ul per test. Check your vial or your CoA to find the suggested use of this reagent per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or per 100 µl of whole blood. Read more at www.biolegend.com/testsize regarding the test size change. For µg sizes, use at concentrations comparable to those of the specific antibody of interest.

The MPC-11 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control (for the relevant formats) for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, functional assay, immunofleorescence microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. The LEAF™ purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/μg, Azide-Free, 0.2 μm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 400324) as negative control.
