PE Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Ctrl Antibody
400211 25 µg $40.00
400212 100 µg $135.00
Clone: MOPC-173
Isotype: Mouse IgG2a, κ
Formulation: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Preparation: The immunoglobulin was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated immunoglobulin.
Concentration: 0.2 mg/ml
Storage & Handling: The immunoglobulin solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Application: FC, ICFC
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis as negative control. Use at concentrations comparable to those of the specific antibody of interest.
Application
Notes:
The MOPC-173 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control (for the relevant formats) for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, functional assay, immunofleorescence microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. The LEAF™ purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/μg, Azide-Free, 0.2 μm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 400224) as negative control.
