Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis as negative control. µg format: Use at concentrations comparable to those of the specific antibody of interest. test format: For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 µl per 106 cells or 20 µl per 100 µl of whole blood.
Application Notes:
The MOPC-21 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control (for the relevant formats) for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, functional assay, immunofleorescence microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. The LEAF™ purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/μg, Azide-Free, 0.2 μm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 400124) as negative control.
