The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated antibody.
Concentration:
0.2 mg/ml
Storage & Handling:
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤1.0 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

CD309, also known as vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2, VEGFR2, fetal liver kinase-1. CD309 is a member of the tyrosine protein kinase family that contains a single pass transmembrane receptor with a protein kinase domain and seven immunoglobulin-like domains in the extracellular region. FLK-1 is expressed at high levels in adult heart, lung, kidney, brain, and skeletal muscle. FLK-1 is a receptor for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) or VEGFC. It plays an important role in the development of vascular endothelial, hematopoietic cells, and vascular permeability. Avas 12 recognizes different epitope from clone 89B3A5.
