342604 100 tests $300.00
Clone: 3D12
Isotype: Mouse IgG1, κ
Reactivity: Human
Formulation: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).
Preparation: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated antibody.
Storage & Handling: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Application: FC - Quality tested
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 µl per million cells or 20 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Description: HLA-E is a non-classical MHC class I (MHC-Ib) molecule. It is characterized by limited polymorphism and ubiquitous expression. HLA-E, as other MHC-I molecules, is heterodimerized with β2-microglobulin. HLA-E interacts with CD94/NKG2 receptor to regulate NK cell cytolysis activities.
Other Names: HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain E, HLAE
Structure: HLA family, Ig superfamily, 42 kDa
Distribution: Broadly expressed
Function: Mediate cell recognition by NK cells
Ligand Receptor: CD94/NKG2
