The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE and unconjugated antibody.
Storage & Handling:
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. Test size products are transitioning from 20 µl to 5 µl per test. Please check your vial or your CoA to find the suggested use of this reagent per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or per 100 µl of whole blood. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: The JD3 antibody is useful for immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis of DR3/TRAMP receptor expression. For most successful immunofluorescent staining results, it may be important to maximize signal over background by using a relatively bright fluorochrome-antibody conjugate (Cat. No. 307106) or by using a high sensitivity, three-layer staining technique (e.g., including a biotinylated antibody (Cat. No. 307104) or biotinylated anti-mouse IgG second step (Cat. No. 405303), followed by SAv-PE (Cat. No. 405204)).
DR3 is also known as Apo-3, WSL-1, TRAMP, LARD, DDR3, and TR3. It is a member of the TNF receptor family expressed at low level by monocytes and granulocytes. Interaction of DR3 with its ligand (TWEAK), activates the NF-κB pathway and induces apoptosis.
