Welcome to BioLegend’s one-of-a-kind advanced search. Search by any one of the single fields below or narrow down your searches by using multiple parameters. Looking for an anti-mouse NK cell antibody for IHC? Or looking for a FITC-conjugated antibody against a human marker for dendritic cells to use for flow cytometry? Only BioLegend’s advanced search can provide you with the best answers. If you have further questions, please contact our technical service team at 858-768-5801.

0.2 µm filtered in phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. Endotoxin level is <0.1 EU/µg of the protein (<0.01 ng/µg of the protein) as determined by the LAL test.
Preparation:
The LEAF™ (Low Endotoxin, Azide-Free) antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Concentration:
1.0 mg/ml
Storage & Handling:
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C. This LEAF™ solution contains no preservative; handle under aseptic conditions.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤1.0 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume or 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes:
Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: in vivo inhibits metastasis of HEp-3 cells1, Western blot1, immunocytochemical staining1 of HEp-3 cells, and CD151-transfected COS cells fixed with 0.25% glutaraldehyde.
CD151, also known as PETA-3, is a 29 kD protein member of the tetraspanin family (TM4SF). As other members in the family, PETA-3 is composed of two extracellular loops (one larger than the other), four transmembrane domains and two cytoplasmic tails. Also, as other members in the family, CD151 is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and tumor cell metastasis. PETA-3 is expressed by many different cell types such as immature haemopoietic cells, megakaryocytes, platelets, keratinocytes, epithelial cells, muscle cells, Schwann cells and vascular endothelium. In the cell surface PETA-3 associates with CD9, CD181, and the integrins α3β1, α5β1 and α6β4.
