Purified anti-human Delta-like protein 4 (DLL4) Antibody
Purified anti-human Delta-like protein 4 (DLL4) Antibody
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤2.0 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Delta-like protein 4 is a t type I transmembrane protein which extracellular domain which contains a DSL domain and eight tandem EGF repeats. After binding of its ligands Notch-1 and Notch-4, the extracellular and cytoplasmic domains are cleavage and the cytoplasmic domain is translocated into the cell nucleus. Delta-like protein 4 is expressed in the vascular endothelium, neural epithelium, adrenal cortex, spleen, and lymph nodes, also is highly expressed in some types of bladder, breast and renal carcinomas. Function as a critical for the vascular development and homeostasis.
Other Names:
DLL4, Delta4, Drosophila Delta homolog 4, DLL
Structure:
Type I transmembrane protein which extracellular domain which contains a DSL domain and eight tandem EGF repeats. The cytoplasmic domains occur and the later is translocated into the cell nucleus.
