Storage & Handling:
The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. Test size products are transitioning from 20 µl to 5 µl per test. Please check your vial or your CoA to find the suggested use of this reagent per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or per 100 µl of whole blood. CD321, also known as Junctional Adhesion Molecule A (JAM-A), JAM-1, or F11 Receptor, is a 32-40 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein which belongs to the immunoglobin suerfamily. It is expressed broadly on leukocytes, platelets, erythrocytes, and epithelial and endothelial cells. CD321 plays a role in cell adhesion, leukocyte migration, and angiogenesis, through its interactions with integrins, such as LFA-1 and αvβ3 integrins.
