The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
This streptavidin product is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Description:
Streptavidin binds to biotin with high affinity. DyLight™ 488-conjugated Streptavidin is useful for detecting biotinylated antibodies. The excitation of DyLight™ 488 by 493 nm laser light induces a fluorescence emission maximum of 518 nm.
