Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml
Storage & Handling: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

Recommended Usage:

Each lot of this fluorochrome conjugated antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

DyLight™ 488 goat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody is useful for direct immunofluorescent staining or as a second step reagent for indirect immunofluorescent staining when used in conjunction with primary antibodies.



Description:

This DyLight™ 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody reacts with immunoglobulin G2a (IgG2a) in all tested mouse haplotype (Igh-a and b). This antibody has been solid-phase absorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with rat, human, bovine, horse, and rabbit immunoglobulins. The excitation of DyLight™ 488 by 493 nm laser light induces a fluorescence emission maximum of 518 nm.
