Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml
Storage & Handling: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

DyLight™ 405 goat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody is useful for direct immunofluorescent staining or as a second step reagent for indirect immunofluorescent staining when used in conjunction with primary antibodies.



Description:

This DyLight™ 405-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody reacts with immunoglobulin G2a (IgG2a) in all tested mouse haplotype (Igh-a and b). This antibody has been solid-phase absorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with rat, human, bovine, horse, and rabbit immunoglobulins. DyLight™ 405 nm has a maximum absorption of 400 nm and a maximum emission of 420 nm.
