Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 µl per million cells or 20 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Description:
CD45: HI30 antibody reacts with CD45, a 180-240 kD single chain type I membrane glycoprotein also known as leukocyte common antigen (LCA), B220, and T200. CD45 is a tyrosine phosphatase expressed on the plasma membrane of all hematopoietic cells, except erythrocytes and platelets. CD14:The M5E2 antibody reacts with CD14, a 53-55 kD glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked membrane glycoprotein also known as the LPS receptor. CD14 is expressed at high levels on monocytes and macrophages, and at lower levels on granulocytes. Some dendritic cell populations such as interfollicular dendritic cells, reticular dendritic cells, and Langerhans cells have also been reported to express CD14.
