The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with Alexa Fluor® 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor® 647 and is formulated for intracellular immunofluorescent staining as negative control.

Recommended Usage:
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescence staining with flow cytometric analysis as negative control. Test sizes: For intracellular immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl per 106 cells in 100 µl volume or 5 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. µg format: Use at concentrations comparable to those of the specific antibody of interest.

Application Notes:
The MOPC-21 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control (for the relevant formats) for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, functional assay, immunofleorescence microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. The LEAF™ purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/μg, Azide-Free, 0.2 μm sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 400124) as negative control.
