Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA analysis. For ELISA or Western blot analysis, the reagent should be titrated between 1:2,000 - 1:10,000 to determine optimal conditions. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Description:

This antibody has been solid-phase absorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with rat, human, bovine, horse, and rabbit immunoglobulins, but it may cross-react with other subclasses of mouse immunoglobulins.
